How do I deposit money into CoinMania?−

Is my crypto safe?+
Yes. We use a hot/cold split: a small float in hot wallets for outgoing transfers, and the majority in multi-signature cold custody requiring multiple admin approvals. All keys are AES-256 encrypted, never stored alongside the application.
Do I need to complete KYC?+
Yes — CoinMania is a regulated VASP. Verification is required before deposits or withdrawals. It's a one-time process and takes a few minutes through Sumsub.
Can I withdraw to my own crypto wallet?+
Of course. Every asset has a Send action — paste any external address, confirm the network, review fees, submit. The address is validated client-side and again strictly on the backend before any funds move.
